▶技术原理
废气经预处理(降温、过滤等)后,进入活性炭吸附罐,吸附效率可达90%-95%,达标排放;
当活性炭达到饱和后,停止吸入有机废气。利用热源气体(蒸汽或氮气)作为脱附介质,将废气从活性炭中脱附出,即活性炭再生。
脱附出的废气经多级冷凝,由气态转为液态,即溶剂回收。
after exhaust gas is treated (cooling,filtration, etc.), it enters into the activated carbon adsorption tank. the adsorption efficiency is up to 90% -95%, the exhaust gas discharged conforms to the standard. when the activated carbon reaches the state of saturation, exhaust gas stops. the exhaust gas is desorpted from the activated carbon using the heat source gas (steam or nitrogen) as a desorption medium, that is the regeneration of activated carbon. the desorption exhaust gas is transferred into liquid from gaseous through the multi-level condensation, that is solvent recovery.
