安装指南推荐Installation Guide and Recommendation

三偏心硬密封蝶阀可以安装在水平或垂直管道系统中。以下我公司的建议可以延长阀门的使用寿命。安装前应擦去阀门及密封面上附着的污物;核对工况与阀门工作压力、工作温度、耐腐蚀性是否相符;检查阀门各部件是否有松动或损伤;动启闭阀门应灵活、无卡阻现象。安装时在任何可能的情况下使阀杆相对于地面水平，如果无法实现，建议安装时使阀杆相对于地面倾斜一定的角度，这样就可以防止流体中的颗粒与阀杆轴承区域接触。另外对于大口径的阀门，阀板的重量由整个径向轴承系统承担，上述安装方法可将磨损减到最小。

本阀门虽然提供双向密封，但阀门上依然有箭头标记，推荐箭头指向更适用于管道高压力一侧方向，通常也是流体的方向。对于一些特殊使用工况，必须考虑阀门关闭时阀的方向和它的功能是否匹配;当阀门处于关闭状态时，管道高压力侧应该直接面向阀杆一侧。

遵照上述简单的建议就能确保本阀达到最佳性能和使用寿命。

The tri-eccentric hard seal butterfly valve can be installed in horizontal or vertical pipeline systems. The folllowing recommendations of our company are hellpful to extend its service life. Before installation, it's necessary to remove any dirt attached on the valve and its sealing surfaces; check whether the working conditions are consistent with the vallve's working pressure and temperature and corrosion resistance; check whether any of its parts are loose or damaged; open and close the valve manually to make sure the valve is fexible without any seizure. Whenever possible, make the stem horizontal to the ground in installation, and if it's impossiblle to install in that way, it's

recommended to make the stem skewed at an angle rellative to the ground, which can prevent the particles in the fluid from contacting the stem bearing area directily. In addition, for a large-bore vallve, its plate weight is borne by the entire radial bearing system and the above installation method can minimize the friction.

The valve is provided with two-way sealing, but there is still an arrow mark on the vallve, so the recommended arrow direction is more suitable for the pipeline's high pressure, which generally is the fluid's direction. For some special working conditions, it's necessary to consider whether the vallve's direction matches its functions in allosing. When the vallive is closed, the pipeline's high pressure side shal face the stem side directtly.
