Overview

Our SS304 stainless steel ball valve is a high-performance quarter-turn valve engineered for water treatment systems, covering a wide size range from DN15 (1/2") to DN300 (12") with a nominal pressure of PN16 (1.6MPa). Constructed from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel (CF8) and fitted with PTFE (Teflon) soft seals, this valve delivers bubble-tight shutoff, exceptional durability, and reliable performance in potable water, wastewater, and general water processing applications. The flange-end design ensures easy installation and maintenance, while the floating ball structure minimizes pressure drop and enables full flow capacity.

Key Features

Premium Material: Body, ball, and stem made of SS304 (CF8) austenitic stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to rust, oxidation, and mild corrosion—ideal for water and light industrial media.
PTFE Sealing System: PTFE seat and stem seals provide ANSI/FCI Class VI bubble-tight shutoff, zero leakage, and compatibility with a wide temperature range (-20°C to 180°C). PTFE is chemically inert, non-toxic, and food-safe, perfect for potable water applications.
Full Port & Floating Ball Design: Full bore construction ensures maximum flow with minimal pressure drop; floating ball design relies on line pressure to maintain tight sealing, reducing torque and extending service life.
Wide Size & Pressure Range: Available in DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300; rated for PN16 (1.6MPa) working pressure.
Flange Connection: Standard DIN/EN 1092-1 or ASME B16.5 flanged ends for easy integration into water treatment pipelines; bolted body design allows for in-line maintenance.
Manual Operation: Equipped with a stainless steel lever handle for 90° quick on/off control; optional gearbox or ISO 5211 mounting pad for pneumatic/electric actuation.
Quality Assurance: Manufactured to API 608, ASME B16.34, GB/T 12237 standards; 100% hydrostatic shell and seat tested per EN 12266/API 598 to ensure leak-free performance.
