Product Overview
Our stainless steel gate valve with flange connection is a high-performance, heavy-duty industrial valve designed for on/off control of various media in pipelines. Adopting premium SS304 or SS316 stainless steel as the main body material, it features excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and pressure bearing capacity, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The flange connection design ensures easy installation, disassembly and maintenance, while the rising stem gate structure realizes precise shutoff and reliable operation. This valve is widely used in water treatment, petroleum, natural gas, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries, delivering stable performance and long service life even in harsh working conditions.
Key Features
- Premium Stainless Steel Material - Available in SS304 (CF8) and SS316 (CF8M) options. SS304 offers excellent rust and oxidation resistance for general industrial media; SS316 has stronger corrosion resistance against acid, alkali, salt and corrosive gases, suitable for harsh chemical and marine environments. Both materials are non-toxic, hygienic and comply with industrial safety standards.
- Flange Connection Design - Adopts standard DIN/EN 1092-1, ASME B16.5 or GB/T 9112 flange connections, compatible with most industrial pipelines. The flange structure ensures firm connection, good sealing performance and easy installation/dismantling, reducing maintenance time and cost.
- Reliable Sealing Performance - Equipped with high-quality PTFE soft seal or metal hard seal (optional), achieving ANSI/FCI Class VI bubble-tight shutoff. The seal is wear-resistant, aging-resistant and high-temperature resistant, effectively preventing medium leakage and ensuring safe operation.
- Manual Operation & Flexible Control - Standard manual handwheel operation, with precise thread transmission, enabling smooth opening and closing. The rising stem design allows visual observation of the valve opening status, convenient for on-site operation and management. Optional gearbox for large-size valves to reduce operating torque.
- Full Port/Reduced Port Optional - Full port design ensures unobstructed medium flow, minimal pressure drop and no blockage, suitable for pipelines requiring large flow; reduced port design is cost-effective, suitable for general on/off control scenarios.
- Robust & Durable Structure - Integral casting/forging body, high structural strength, strong pressure bearing capacity, able to withstand high pressure and impact. The stem is made of stainless steel with surface polishing treatment, anti-corrosion and anti-wear, extending the service life of the valve.
- Wide Working Condition Adaptation - Suitable for working temperature range of -20°C to 200°C (depending on seal material), working pressure of PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40 (customizable). Compatible with water, oil, gas, chemical reagents and other media.
