热管节能机组 Heat pipe
利用工作流体在封闭循环管路内的蒸发吸热与冷凝放热，实现将机房内热量传递到室外的空气调节系统。其本身不带任何制冷元件，可以独立使用或者与其它主要的空调装置共同组成机房空气调节系统。
Heat pipe shifts indoor heat to outdoor environment through the evaporating and condensing processes of working fluid, which flows in a closed circulating pipe. This unit does not need any cooling components. It can be used for cooling by itself or combing existing air conditioners together.
工作原理 Work Principle
热管机组通过在全封闭系统内的工质的蒸发与凝结来传递热量，将室外的自然冷源导入机房内，减少机房空调的工作，减少能源消耗。
Heat pipe draws outdoor natural cold source into indoor environment through the evaporating and condensing processes of its working fluid; therefore, it can shorten the running time of existing air conditioners, resulting in energy reduction.
产品特性 Product Feature
1、传热元件拥有极高的传热系数，室内外温差3℃即可有效换热；
2、机组出口高风速、大流量气流，避免换热气流短路，避免机房局部高温；
3、减小因换热工质流动产生的气流阻力，杜绝换热工质
4、热管分离式设计，无需大面积开孔施工方便、容易；
5、由于热管为分离式设计，热量通过工质传递，完全不引入室外空气，不会将室外的灰尘、毒害气体、潮湿等引入室内，保证机房的洁净度，并且没有过滤装置问题，不增加维护工作；
6、可实现远程监控和空调机双机切换功能。
