安全阀简介说明（Brief introduction of safety valve）： 

安全阀是承压设备、容器和管路上的最佳超压保护装置，当介质压力升高超过允许值时，安全阀自动开启，继而全量（或微量）排放，防止压力继续升高，当压力降低至规定值时，安全阀及时自动关闭。（Safety valve is a pressure equipment, container and pipeline optimal overpressure protection device, when the medium pressure rise exceeds the allowable value, the valve automatically opens, then the whole amount (or trace) emissions to prevent the pressure continues to rise, when the pressure is reduced to the specified value, the safety valve timely and automatically closes.） 

 安全阀设计、制造、验收技术标准符合GB/T12243-2005的要求。（Safety valve design, manufacturing, and acceptance of technical standards in accordance with the requirements of GB/T12243-2005.） 

 封闭式安全阀的阀盖是封闭的，利于防止灰尘和杂物侵入，及防止有毒或易燃介质溢出；开放式安全阀由于阀盖敞开，利于降低弹簧腔室的温度，主要用于蒸汽介质管道及容器，带散热器安全阀主要适用于介质温度超过350℃的工况。（Closed type safety valve of the valve cover is closed, to prevent the intrusion of dust and debris, and prevent toxic or flammable medium overflow; open type safety valve because the valve cap is open, to reduce the temperature of the spring chamber, mainly for steam medium piping and vessel, safety valve with radiator is mainly used in medium temperature more than 350 DEG C condition.） 

 带扳手弹簧式安全阀当介质压力达到开启压力的75％以上时，能利用扳手手动开启。（ Spring type safety valve with a wrench when the medium pressure to open more than 75% of the pressure, can use a wrench to manually open.） 

 全启式安全阀开启高度≥1/4流道直径，排放量大，微启式安全阀开启高度为1/20 ～1/40流道直径。（ Full Kai type safety valve opening height is greater than or equal to 1 / 4 runner diameter, emissions from large, enlight type safety valve opening height is 1 / 20 to 40 runner diameter.）
