      17am-d系列热保护器是一种具有对温度和电流双重感应特性的产品，该产品结构先进、

动作灵敏、触点容量大、寿命长的特点，广泛适用于分马力电机、电热器具、荧光灯镇流器、变压

器、汽车马达、集成电路及一般电气设备的过热、过电流保护。17am-d series thermal protector is a current sensitive and temperature automatic response device,which has advantages of advanced structure, large contact capacity and long life cycle.it’s mainly used in motors,electric tools,universal motor, integrated circuits and general electrical equipment for overheat and overload protection.

  2   结构 structure

  2.1 外观:外形尺寸符合产品图纸要求;

      visual items:all dimensions comply with the drawing.

  2.2 导线:awg22#－16＃镀锡铜芯线,绝缘层采用聚乙烯材料,有ul认证的导线，或按客户要求执行;

      lead wire:tin-plated copper core wire,awg22#-16#,ul certification or customized by requirement.

  3   性能 performance

  3.1 额定电流: rated current

      20a/125vac、10a/250vac

  3.2 动作温度,50～180℃,公差±5℃(详见附表)。

opening temp.:50～180℃,tolerance ±5℃(please refer to annex sheet)

  3.3 抗拉力试验:产品的接线端子应能承受大于或等于50n拉力,铆接处不应松脱,导线无断裂、滑出。

      tensile test:50n applied from lead wire to lead wire for one minutes,no rupture or slip-off.

  3.4 绝缘电压: insulation voltage

      a.热保护器在热分断后的接线之间应能承受ac880v,历时1min而无击穿闪络现象;

   after a snap action, each device will withstand a nominal 880vac for 1 minute, measured across two 

leads with no arc .

  b.热保护器端子引线与绝缘外壳之间能承受ac2000v,历时1min而无击穿闪络现象;

  each device will withstand a nominal 2000vac for 1 minute with no arc between lead and case.

  3.5 绝缘电阻:在正常条件下,导线与绝缘外壳之间的绝缘电阻在100mω以上。(所用表计为dc500v绝缘

      抵抗计) the resistance between the lead and the plastic case is >100mω measured with 500 vdc.

  3.6 接触电阻:热保护器的接触电阻应不大于50mω(不含导线)。contact resistance:≤50mω(no lead wire)

  3.7 气密性试验:保护器在大于85℃的水中(水不沸腾),应无连续的气泡冒出.

     air tightness test:85℃(no water boil),no continuous bubble.

  3.8 耐热试验:产品在150℃的环境中放置96小时。heat endurance test:150℃, 96 hours.

  3.9 耐湿试验:产品在40℃、相对湿度95%的环境中放置48小时。humidity test: 40 °c, 48 hours, rh 95%.

  3.10 热冲击试验:产品在150℃，-20℃环境中交变放置各30min,共5个周期。

heat shock test:150℃, -20℃ each 30 minutes for 1 cycle, total 5 cycles.

  3.11耐抗振试验:产品能承受振幅1.5mm,频率变化10～55hz,扫描变化周期为3～5min,

振动方向x、y、z, 每个方向连续振动2小时。

x-y-z vibration endurance: 1.55mm amplitude, 10-55 hz, period is changed at 3-5 minute intervals, x-y-z each 2-hour vibration duration.
