化工离心泵的特性有哪些

是停止液体保送的机械,化工离心泵是其中的一种,它经过叶轮使流经叶轮的液体遭到向心力的作用,进步液体的机械能,从而停止液体保送,它是一个增加液体能量的机器。

(4)耐磨损、耐冲刷:由于化工泵保送的物流中含有悬浮固体颗粒,同时泵的叶轮、腔体也有的在高压高流速下工作,泵的零部件外表维护层被毁坏,其寿命较短,所以必需进步化工泵的耐磨性、耐冲刷性,这就请求泵的资料选用耐磨的锰钢、陶瓷、铸铁等,选用耐冲刷的钛材、锰钢等。


(5)运转牢靠:化工泵的运转牢靠包括两个含义:一是长周期运转不出毛病;二是运转中各种参数平稳。运转的牢靠性对化工消费至关重要。若泵经常发作毛病,不只会形成经常停产,影响产量和经济效益,而且有时还可能形成化工系统的事故。化工泵转速的动摇,会惹起流量及泵出口压力的动摇,使化工消费不能正常停止或系统中的反响遭到影响,物料不能均衡,不只形成糜费,以至形成产质量量降落或使产品报废。


(6)无走漏或少走漏:化工泵保送的介质多数为易燃、易爆、有毒、有害的液体,一旦走漏将严重污染环境,危及人身平安和职工的身心安康,更不契合无走漏工厂和清洁文化工厂的请求,这就必需保证化工泵运转时不走漏,在泵的密封上采用新技术、新资料,按规程操作,高质量检修。


(7)能保送临界状态的液体:临界状态的液体,当温度升高或压力降低时,常常会汽化。化工泵有时保送临界状态的液体,一旦液体在泵内汽化,则易于产生气蚀毁坏,这就请求泵具有较高的抗气蚀性能。同时,液体的汽化,可能惹起泵内动静局部的摩擦胶合,这就请求有关间隙取大一些。为了防止由于液体的汽化使机械密封、填料.html'>填料密封、迷宫密封等因干摩擦而毁坏,这类化工泵必需有将泵内发作的气体充沛扫除的构造。

(1) can meet the needs of chemical process: in chemical consumption, pumps should not only guarantee liquid materials and provide the necessary pressure for process requirements, but also ensure the quantity of materials to be guaranteed. in certain chemical unit operation, the flow and head of the requested pumps should be stable, and the high efficiency and reliable operation of pumps should be adhered to.


(2) corrosion resistance: the medium of chemical pump, including raw materials, reaction intermediates, etc. are often corrosive medium. this requires that the data of the pump be properly and reasonably selected to ensure the safety, stability and short-life fate of the pump.


(3) high temperature and low temperature resistance: high temperature medium guaranteed by chemical pumps, including process liquid materials, as well as heat carrying liquid required and produced in response process. for example: condensate pump, boiler feed pump, heat transfer oil pump. there are also many kinds of low-temperature media that chemical pumps provide,


(4) wear resistance and scour resistance: because the logistics of chemical pump includes suspended solid particles, and the impeller and cavity of pump also work under high pressure and high flow rate, the surface maintenance layer of pump parts is damaged, and its service life is short, so it is necessary to improve the wear resistance and scour resistance of chemical pump, which requires the pump data to select wear-resistant manganese steel, ceramics, cast iron, etc., and select wear-resistant manganese steel, ceramics, cast iron, etc scoured titanium, manganese steel, etc.


(5) reliable operation: reliable operation of chemical pumps includes two meanings: first, long-term operation without fault; second, stable operation of various parameters. the reliability of operation is very important for chemical consumption. if the pump often breaks down, it will not only cause frequent shutdown, which will affect the output and economic benefits, but also cause accidents of chemical system sometimes. the fluctuation of the rotation speed of the chemical pump will cause the fluctuation of the flow and the pressure at the pump outlet, make the chemical consumption unable to stop normally or the response in the system affected, and the material can not be balanced, which not only leads to waste, but also leads to the decline of the production quality or the scrapping of the product.


(6) no leakage or little leakage: most of the media guaranteed by chemical pumps are flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful liquids. once leakage occurs, the environment will be seriously polluted, personal safety and physical and mental health of employees will be endangered, and it is not in line with the requirements of no leakage factories and clean culture factories. therefore, it is necessary to ensure that chemical pumps do not leak during operation. new technologies and new materials shall be used for pump sealing according to regulations process operation, high quality maintenance.


(7) critical liquid: a critical liquid that often vaporizes when temperature increases or pressure decreases. chemical pumps sometimes guarantee the critical state of liquid, once the liquid vaporizes in the pump, it is easy to produce cavitation damage, which requires the pump to have high cavitation resistance. at the same time, the vaporization of the liquid may cause friction and scuffing in the dynamic and static parts of the pump, which requires a larger clearance. in order to prevent the mechanical seal, packing seal and labyrinth seal from being destroyed by dry friction due to the vaporization of liquid, this kind of chemical pump must have the structure of fully cleaning the gas in the pump.
